Lagos, Nigeria – Operatives of the Nigerian Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) have arrested Osei Parker, a 20-year-old Ghanaian-British national, at Lagos Airport.
The arrest occurred during the inward clearance of passengers aboard an Ethiopian Airlines flight arriving from Bangkok, Thailand. Parker was found in possession of 19.4kg of “loud,” a potent strain of cannabis, marking a significant bust by the agency.
During preliminary questioning, Parker identified himself as a computer science student at the University of East London. Authorities have yet to release additional details regarding the arrest or the suspect’s background, leaving many questions unanswered as the investigation unfolds.
