Prominent Ghanaian politician and businessman, Hon. Kennedy Ohene Agyapong, has visited the family of the late Charles Kwadwo Fosu, widely known as Daddy Lumba, following the celebrated musician’s passing earlier this week.
Mr. Agyapong arrived at the family home in Accra earlier today, where he was warmly received by relatives, friends, and sympathizers mourning the death of one of Ghana’s most iconic music figures.
Speaking briefly during the visit, Hon. Agyapong described Daddy Lumba as “a true national treasure whose music touched generations and transcended political and social boundaries.” He extended heartfelt condolences to the bereaved family and offered his support during what he called “a painful loss not just for the family, but for the entire country.”
