Lil Win’s ‘Ibrahim Traore’ Movie Crushed as Masked Thugs Invade and Destroy Equipment whiles on Set

Ghanaian actor and comic powerhouse, Kwadwo Nkansah Lil Win, has been forced to put the brakes on his much-anticipated movie, Ibrahim Traore, after an unexpected and terrifying incident that left both cast and crew in fear for their lives!

In a video sighted by Ghanaian Blogger, King Bygone, Lil Win emotionally detailed the ordeal, recounting how a group of masked men, riding heavy motorbikes like something straight out of an action film, stormed his movie set unannounced.

The thugs, heavily masked and clearly on a mission, vandalized expensive filming equipment and destroyed cameras while the team was mid-shoot.

According to Lil Win, the chaos was so sudden and intense that everyone had to flee for safety. The actor, visibly shaken, said he quickly grabbed his phone and called the Ashanti Regional Minister for urgent intervention, but the assailants had already fled the scene before help could arrive.

The Ibrahim Traore movie, which many fans were eagerly awaiting, has now been placed on an indefinite hold. As for justice and safety on film sets? That’s now the new conversation.

This unexpected attack has raised major concerns about the safety and security of creatives in Ghana. Lil Win has since paused the production of the film, leaving fans who were looking forward to the Ibrahim Traore project disappointed and confused.

The motive behind the attack remains unclear, and many are now questioning how such a high-profile movie set could be so vulnerable to violence.
