A village in Bihar, India, was left without electricity after a young man, reportedly angered that his girlfriend failed to take his call, deliberately cut off the power supply.
Footage circulating online captures the man perched on an electric pole, clutching a large pair of pliers.
He is later seen cutting through the wires, allegedly to shut down electricity in the community.
According to reports, his frustration stemmed from being unable to reach his girlfriend, as her phone line remained busy for a long time.
